Allelujah apparently grew up in the Human Reform League, wherr he spent his whole childhood. He's the kind of person who's gentle and quiet.
However, Allelujah's got another personality, an alter ago within him named Hallelujah, who emerges when he senses another like him, such as Soma Peries from the HRL.
In the end of season one Allelujah and Hallelujah will both fight together while lifting his hair up, but after he gets an injury on his right eye Hallelujah says "he'll be going ahead" before vanishing, implying with this that there could be a third personality awaiting to be awakened.

Fours years later, in the trailers of the Second Season, we can clearly see that Allelujah has been captured and that his both eyes are now visible.

A young man who has a rare kind of beauty and a sharp tongue. Everything about his past, including origins, age, real name or nationality are all a mystery. He's the coldest of the Meisters and values the missions above all other issues, including his own life or his comrades', and at the begining, he doesn't show any concern at all.
He is extremely loyal to Veda and believes in its word more than in anyone else's.
He can interface directly with the Supercomputer named Veda which apparently gives the agreement or disagreement for the Meisters' missions, but after encounter a fight with the Trinity sibilings, he becomes unable to interface with Veda. This makes Tieria realize they can't trust in Veda's words anymore because it had been hacked.
Even though his cold personality seems to change after Lockon gets injured for protecting him during episode 21, and also after Stratos' death in episode 23.

Rumours said that in Second Season his personality will be a little different, as in the fact he'll care more about his comrades, because it seems that thanks to Lockon Stratos, all of them, somehow, got together and fought like a real team. Perhaps that's another of the many possible reasons of why Tieria never had critiziced Lockon as he did with Allelujah or Setsuna.
